The forelimb protective garment has the purpose of protecting splints and bandages in this region, when affected by surgeries or wounds of other nature. This garment minimizes the chance of your pet getting hurt in attempts to scratch or poke the affected area with bandages with the mouth or with its own paws.

The garment has rigid fabric, as reinforcement in protection, in the elbow area and a band in the chest circumference with velcro in the dorsal area inhibiting and minimizing the chance of the pet trying to remove the garment by forcing the elbow out with the help of the back paws. The suit offers comfort in abrupt movements, such as going up or down steps, etc.

Start by dressing your pet by the front limbs and manipulate the length of the garment by folding the sleeve opening, if necessary, so that the paws are fully exposed.

Thread the velcro strap around the pet's back from one limb to the other, and fasten the strap to your velcro adjusting it comfortably to the size of your pet's back circumference.

Observe your pet's adaptation to the garment and make sure the post-surgical garment is comfortable, clean and dry during the entire treatment.
